A Quick Lentil Recipe to Nourish, Detox, and Warm You From the Inside Out

This Lentil Soup In A Snap is one of my go-to recipes when I need something warm, nourishing, and easy to make. Itā€™s a perfect winter dish, packed with ingredients that your gut will love and gently supports detoxification. Why Your Gut Loves This Soup

This soup is more than just comfort food – itā€™s packed with ingredients that work behind the scenes to support your gut and detox your body:

  • Garlic: A natural prebiotic that feeds the good bacteria in your gut and supports detoxification by helping your liver clear out toxins.
  • Carrots: High in beta-carotene and antioxidants, carrots support a healthy gut lining and fight inflammation.
