Here are the steps
1. Add 30g sifted coconut flour, 1tsp coconut sugar and ¼ tsp baking powder to a bowl
2. In a separate bowl, add four egg whites, 60ml almond milk and 1tbsp unsweetened applesauce and mix
3. Combine both mixtures and add 1tsp melted coconut oil
4. Heat the waffle maker and add the batter
5. Once browned on the outside and cooked, serve with bacon, blueberries and maple sauce
