Pre-Cleanse
For one week before you wish to start the full program, allow yourself to wean off of harmful foods and bad habits.
Pre-Cleanse (starting on 11/1/21)
Now is the time to start reducing your intake of caffeine, alcohol, processed foods and sugar. The prep-week is a good time to order your supplements, plan your grocery shopping and to remove all âbadâ food from your kitchen so that thereâs no temptation. Once youâve eased into the program, youâre ready for the next step: Detoxing your body, mind and soul.
Whatâs happening during the Pre-Cleanse:
- Youâll gently ease into the cleanse
Do a little bit every day so that itâs not a massive shock to the system when you start next week - Read the cleanse guide
- Reduce caffeine, alcohol, processed food, sugar, eat more vegetables
- Write a grocery shopping list and make sure you have everything in the house to prepare the meals
- Remove all ‘bad’ food from your kitchen so that you’re not tempted
- Order your supplements
- Get yourself a beautiful journal to write down all thoughts and emotions coming up during the cleanse
Now is also a good time to think about

- Think about the best time to move (Ideally in the morning)
- How to get sweating
- Once you decided on the best time, block it out in your diary
