Introduction to the Cleanse Pack

Hello and welcome to the 21-day transformational cleanse and gut reset. I’m so excited to have you in this group and that you’ve taken the first step toward living a healthy, beautiful, toxin-free life.

I’ll be with you throughout this journey to answer all of your questions, support you and cheer you on if you need some extra cheering.

Below this video you’ll find the link to the cleanse pack, a folder where you can access all documents that you need for the program.

You best start with the Cleanse Guide. It gives you a nice overview of what’s going to happen in the next four weeks. I would give it a good read and then keep it handy because you’ll get back to it regularly. It’s a lot of information, but you’ll only need a little bit at a time.

Then there’s the Meal Plan where you’ll find more information on what kind of food to eat, portion sizes and when to eat. On the last page, you’ll find a link to the Daily Food & Practises Overview which breaks down all 4 weeks in nice digestible chunks.

Next up, the Recipe Booklet. This is the only handout that I would print because it’s easier to have them near you when you cook. The recipes are divided into smoothies, breakfast recipes, lunch & dinner recipes and snacks. As you can see, they refer to cups as a unit which makes it really simple to measure your ingredients. If you’re in Europe and don’t have a cup measuring cup, have a look on the last page because I added the conversions there.

And finally, there are the Extra Tools & Tips. I don’t want you to become antisocial and no longer meet your friends for lunch or dinner. This is why you’ll find some handy tips in here for when you’re dining out or travelling. This guide also gives you some useful information for grocery shopping and what to watch out for when you buy food. You’ll find the Dirty Dozen list with all foods that you should always eat organic and the Clean 15 List with all produce that can be eaten non-organic. I personally buy everything organic because we’ve got some great farmers markets here in Brisbane, but I leave that up to you.

The last few pages of the extras reveal under what names sugar and gluten can hide. It’s an impressive four pages which just shows how clever food manufacturers are these days. But with this knowledge, you’re well equipped can outsmart them.

Protein powder is your best friend when it comes to not feeling hungry because it’s very satiating. It also helps build muscle and can improve your workout results. There are two options – one with and one without lactose. Chose whatever you prefer. They are both excellent.

Digestive enzymes and probiotics assure that your digestion runs smoothly and you’ll fully absorb all nutrients from the food. They also help with weight loss and are great for gas, bloating, and constipation. I gave you a few options for the US because sometimes they are sold out.

The multivitamin and mineral is an excellent insurance policy that you won’t be lacking any vitamins and minerals. Here you have the choice to take just one capsule a day – easy peasy. If you want to optimise absorption, go for the powder or two a day.

It is crucial that you get the highest quality possible because otherwise, you’re just wasting your money. There are some supplements out there that either does nothing or can even be harmful.
