WHAT ARE POLYPHENOLS?â

RECIPEâ
125g black beans drained and rinsedâ
2 large eggsâ
1 tsp vanilla extractâ
20g cacao powderâ
80g rolled oatsâ
40g dried pitted prunesâ
90g pitted Medjool datesâ
1 large bananaâ
120ml plant milkâ
pinch of sea saltâ

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.â
Mix all ingredients in a food processor and fill into about 8 large cupcake liners.â
Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and add a dollop of peanut butter.â
Bake for about 12 minutes. Don’t let them get too dry so that they retain their fudginess. â
